Q: I can't register my WAsP Bundle licence. It says something about not being able to authenticate with a proxy server. What should I do?
A: So you're using a proxy server with authentication enabled. If you don't know your login credentials for the proxy, please ask them from your IT-department. Go to C:\Program Files\WAsP\Bin\ folder and create a file there called "proxy.txt". Open the created file with Notepad and in the first line of the file type your credentials in following format: username:password. Save the file and try registering your licence again.
The file proxy.txt must not contain any other text and the credentials must be in the first line. Username and password must be separate with ":" - character (without quotes).
Here's an example of the file content:
