Payment Terms and Conditions

We require pre-payment and all prices are excluding VAT.

You may pay by:

• Credit card: Visa, MasterCard or EuroCard (fastest way)

• Bank transfer (according to invoice)

If you want to pay by bank transfer, your payment must be made in accordance with our invoice, which we will send to you after receiving your order.

Delivery of the product will be performed as soon as possible after payment has been registered.

To customers residing outside Europe

Please be aware that the tax authorities / customs in your country may charge duty on goods (e.g. the software you order) at the point of import. This is a charge levied by your national authorities, not by DTU, and DTU has no control over it.

It is not the responsibility of DTU to charge, collect or relieve you of such duty. If you are in doubt about the import regulations in your country or require further information on this issue, we kindly suggest you contact the tax authorities in your country directly prior to ordering from DTU.
