Release notes:

• Sometimes opening a grid map file or a vector map file would fail. This happened if the file extension had capital letters in it.
• 3D viewer updated to the latest version.
• Two map loading methods added which specifically determine which type of map is in question.
• Code for roughness grid to vector and vector to grid conversion updated.
