Only the "Wind farm report (HTML)"
contained a table and data in the Summary results section
– those were missing in the
other three wind farm reports. Corrected reports are now available from the
Scripts download page.

The Vestas V82 1.65 MW turbine generator file distributed with WAsP 9 is not
correct, in particular for non-standard air densities. A corrected wind turbine
specification file is available from the
Power curves download page.

A handout of the presentation "Field validation of the DRIX
performance indicator for flow in complex terrain" given at the 2008 European
Wind Energy Conference and Exhibition in Brussels, Belgium, has been uploaded –
you may download it from the Literature page.
[09.01.08] SRTM page updated
A new software package has been added to the list of third-party software can
load, view and transform SRTM data – including
generation of WAsP vector height
contour maps. The
SAGA – System for Automated Geoscientific Analyses from University of
Göttingen is a free geographic information system (GIS). SAGA supports grid
data, vector data, and tables.
