Payment and cancellation conditions

Courses and certification exams

Participation is under the condition that payment has been received. For cancellations received up to two weeks before the course or exam starts, respectively, we charge 50% of the participation fee. For cancellations received later than that, we charge the full participation fee. Please note that cancellations only are accepted in writing.

Software and other products

Shipment of the product will be performed as soon as possible after payment has been registered (Visa, MasterCard or EuroCard credit card; or bank transfer or cheque).
