New WAsP 8.4 release 

[9 March 2009] WAsP 8.3 has been updated to WAsP 8.4 (version 8.4.0.0). The code dealing with stability corrections on the unstable side has been corrected. We strongly recommend that you download and install the new version from the previous installation files page.

New WAsP Map Editor 9 release

[27 February 2009] A new version – 9.1.0.274 – has been released, fixing some errors re. loading, editing and roughness-consistency. Available from the WAsP download page.

WAsP Engineering 2.0 update released

[24 September 2008] WAsP Engineering 2.00.0130 is the latest version of the WAsP Engineering program. You may download this version from the WAsP download page.

Climate Analyst 1.1 update released

[14 February 2008] Climate Analyst 1.01.0107 is the latest version of the WAsP Climate Analyst program. You may download the new version from the WAsP download page.

WAsP software updated

[July 2008] Updated versions of WAsP 9.0, WAsP Map Editor 9.0 and the WAsP Licencing System 2.0 are now available at the WAsP download page.

European Wind Energy Conference & Exhibition 2008

[January 2008] The 2008 European Wind Energy Conference & Exhibition is held in Brussels, Belgium, from 31st March – 3rd April. Please visit us at booth 7A515. This year Risø DTU will display: WAsP (wind resource assessment and siting tool), WAsP Engineering (site assessment tool), HAWCStab (stability analysis tool) and HAWC2 (a full aeroelastic code). We will also demonstrate our variable trailing edge control concept for wind turbine blades, as well as an innovative and improved prototype of a spinner anemometer. Apart from this you can find information about our various services, including second opinion studies and measurements.
