A required DLL called 'Scrrun.dll' cannot be started

You try to run WAsP, but an error message appears saying that the file Scrrun.dll cannot be started and that this file "could be missing, or corrupted, un-registered or prevented from working by some security settings". The solution to the problem is:

• Please search for Scrrun.dll in \WINDOWS\ or one of its subfolders on the C: drive
• Ensure that it has an entry in the Windows registration database. To do that, you click Start | Run and enter a command like Regsvr32.exe C:\windows\system32\scrrun.dll or similar, depending on the exact path to Scrrun.dll on your PC.
