Installation problems

Although you have followed the installation procedure precisely, problems may still arise due to e.g. unforseen settings of your Windows operating system and the like.

We list below the most common of these problems together with our recommendation on how to solve them. However, please check that you have the latest WAsP version before trying to solve a problem. If you don’t have the latest version, then please uninstall WAsP, download the latest version, and install that.
