Detailed wind atlas report

Script name: Detailed wind atlas report (HTML).was

Install folder: ..\Wasp\Internal scripts\Wasp\Reporting

Purpose: To establish a full wind atlas report for a met. station, i.e. including information on any hierarchy members that are used for the calculation of the wind atlas data set.

Comments: Previous wind atlas reports only reported the data of the wind atlas data set itself.
