Version 2.00.0154

New features

Scripts invoking WAsP will recognize WAsP 10
Fetch calculations are default grid-based, and the algorithms are now complete

Problems fixed in this release

Grid map resample script works properly again
Shelter model takes the correct wind direction
Some minor fixes to dialog behaviour

Problems fixed in this release

Program halt during turbulence calculation. This problem sometimes occurred in complex terrain when the perturbed velocities approached zero. See equation 17 of paper by Jakob Mann (2000) J. Wind Eng. Ind. Aerodyn. 88 p. 153-169
