Scripting help and documentation

This help file documents the scripting methodolgy and language used in WAsP Engineering.

Please download the CHM-file to the WAsP folder (normally C:\Program files\WAsP\Bin or the like). After that you should right-click on the file icon and invoke 'Properties', so that you can 'Unblock' the CHM file – otherwise the CHM help file might not function properly as explained below.

Downloaded CHM's don't seem to work

If you download a CHM file directly from a web site onto your computer, then Windows marks it as untrustworthy. You can open it, but the pages are all empty, showing 'Action canceled', like this:

The solution

You need to right-click on the CHM file and select Properties. Then in the following dialog, you need to click 'Unbock'.
